Our service department is staffed with certified technicians who have knowledge in water chemistry and preventative pool maintenance; residential, commercial and community.

At Pools by Lowell, Inc. we believe we have one of the MOST knowledgeable and professional repair departments in the industry. We have a fleet of radio equipped service and repair trucks to assure you, our customer, the quickest response possible. Our repair department is on call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, should an emergency occur. We have also installed GPS units on our trucks to establish stop time at each pool to better service out customers.

   remodeling / construction aspect of the business as well as rounding out
   our management team. His strong knowledge, excellent teaching skills
